About The Author

David Templeton retired as a successful banker and elected official
from the state of Wisconsin in 2016. He received a BA degree majoring
in Social Science from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California.
He then attended Graduate School at the University of San Francisco
where he studied Marriage, Family and Child Counseling.
His love for writing was fostered and encouraged at the Madison
Area Writers’ Studio in Madison, Wisconsin, hosted by acclaimed
author, teacher and editor Michelle Wildgen.
David and his wife, Karen, live in Texas, USA. They enjoy hiking the
Texas Hill Country and home roasting their favorite coffees. David
says his writing goal is to “Entertain and enrich the life of his readers.”
Bread is his debut novel.
